Gained 2,670 checking accounts and $3.3 million in balances.

  • Acted as the Creative Director and guided the advertising agency in the development of marketing collateral. Led the rebranding effort as seen in the redesign of the website, brochures, community advertisements and branch merchandising for 39 branches.

  • Created holiday signage which led to the sale of 950 gift cards during November and December of 2008, a 330% lift.

  • Directed the 2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey project and improved the quality of data via the management of a marketing research vendor. Communicated survey objectives and guided questionnaire design. The Marketing Director recognized the survey and data as superior to those of previous years.
